Surfaces Removal |
Hydraulic ride-on scrape Chair |
BSB has built and maintained a solid fleet of hydraulic ride-on scrape chairs. These machines can scrape almost any floor system from concrete. Using various blades and bits, there are not many materials this machine can’t dislodge. The power for this machine comes from a hydraulic pump not on-board the scraper. BSB uses hydraulic lines to either connect remotely to a diesel power plant within trailers, or locally using a specially designed electric-hydraulic power pack for high-rise use and malls. The capability of these scrapers to work in smaller confined areas is great since they measure about 28” wide and 40” long. Without any emissions in the work area, BSB’s scrapers are environmentally friendly. These scrapers have been hoisted to rooftops to assist in removal of roofing systems. |
Shot-Blasting |
BSB operates several size shot-blasters to accommodate any size project. Customers have contracted BSB for various levels of slab profiling, and light contamination removal. It is important to understand that the shot-blaster is a “profiling tool” and while it removes surface debris to a point, this process should not be solely used to remove heavy mastics or built up paint. These contaminants must be also removed with either Scarifyers, or planetary grinders. BSB includes the perimeter edgework within its price levels. You will not be charged extra for inside/outside corners and perimeter edging. |
Planetary Orbital Diamond Grinding |
BSB operates several size Planetary Orbital Diamond Grinders to accommodate any size project. Customers have contracted BSB for various levels of slab profiling, and light contamination removal. This equipment is used to remove heavy mastics or built up paint. |
Scarifying |
BSB operates Scarifyers for aggressive removal of coating and substrate. This piece of equipment coupled with a wide range of various cutters will aggressively work toward removal of stubborn coatings and deep slab elevation corrections. |
